Dietrech Pessin presents The Saturn & Last Quarter Square
Where were you then and where are you going?
Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
There is a surreal quality to the pressure applied to our lives at this time as we find
ourselves coming through a very complex period. On one level it may feel you are doing
some of the hardest work ever, inside and out and you may be running as fast as you can,
but the supporting events are all in slow motion? For some there may be incredible gifts
amidst this time of structural transformation but you may need a little help reading the
sign posts. We are in the cosmic territory of the Saturn and Pluto square.
It all began in 1982 when Saturn and Pluto at the 27°35’ Libra conjunction. In
1993 the pair reached their first square; then Saturn in Aquarius and Pluto in
Scorpio. None of us will forget when they reached their dramatic opposition just
before 9-11-2001 through May 2002 in Gemini/Sagittarius. Now at their
last quarter square we are faced with more drama and some tough challenges as
we look for the promise of Saturn’s rewards as the fruits of your labors.
We will explore the meaning of this current Saturn and Pluto square through the
reflective window of their travels over the past twenty-eight years and with
the help of your solar return and progressed charts for the same time periods.
The current events may seem to have their own agenda in a way that encourages
us to reinvent the imagined and unimagined for a totally new landscape which
includes a view from the past.
