  • The following is an intuitive record of the pressing changes imposed by Pluto at both the leaving of an old sign and the entering the new. Some thoughts are more far fetched than others. Pluto in the new sign represents a New World Order at 0° Capricorn. The transition is gradual as Pluto steps onto Capricorn's territory briefly, until June 13, 2008, then tracing back over recently traveled territory for an overhaul and trash removal.
    Everything counts this last week of Pluto at the final degree of Sagittarius. Everything matters. Everything is subject to deep transformation. Resisting, trying to hang onto old energy is not recommended. Look to "letting go" as a rule. If it does not look like a total overhaul or rebirth it may not survive the changes of this year. Icons of society pass on or pass the torch. Those holding high position are asked to step down from their self-made pedestals.
    What seems to be previous threats and demons are disarmed for new ones. Architecture, supporting structures and basic foundations stand in the face of their own judgment. Struggles for power may choose to demolish the precious structures in a quest for the keystone. The souls assisting births are reborn themselves. The exchanges of souls at this time are energetic workers for great change capable of managing a new world under a new order.
    The feminine power emerges and knits together a global sweater the earth with a cold. It digs deep into the piles of human waste and transforms them into a virtual goldmine. Alchemy emerges again to alter resources. The lost world of Atlantis is closer to the horizon.

    Transits: 2008 Good Days
    The good news about Good Day ratings is upon us now approaching January 25, 2008. The Good Days will no longer depend upon a decent aspect to Pluto in Sagittarius. Halfway through the year Pluto will return to Sagittarius, acting as a hungry hound at the end of that sign, requiring you feed him and his litany of demands before tending to your own needs. More than even before, Pluto's appetite for control and attention is like a bottomless pit this last week at the final degree of Sagittarius. Of course this applies when no other planet transits the final degrees of any sign or equal in declination with the Moon.

    The Best Day(s) this week for taking action to forward you endeavors are: Thursday morning from 3:06 a.m. until 9:43 a.m.

    Moon "Out of Bounds"
    Since the summer of 2001 the Moon has been traveling very high in the sky because its range in declination shoots beyond the 23°27' line at the Tropic of Cancer in the northern sky and beyond the 23°27' Tropic of Capricorn in the southern sky. The Sun reaches its maximum north or south declination at these two boundaries at the summer solstice and winter solstice. When the Moon travels very high into these out of bounds zones it is not only higher in the sky but we seem to have stronger emotional reactions to events during these times. Here I will include the days of the month when the Moon travels out-of-bounds in declination:

    These are the Out of Bounds Moon periods:

    Begins = 3-Jan = 7:05 PM = ends = 11:54 PM = 8-Jan 2008.
    Begins = 17-Jan = 1:32 PM = ends = 11:39 PM = 21-Jan 2008.
    Begins = 31-Jan = 2:05 AM = ends = 8:09 AM = 5-Feb 2008.
    Begins = 13-Feb = 6:27 PM = ends = 8:18 AM = 18-Feb 2008.
    Begins = 27-Feb = 10:13 AM = ends = 5:27 PM = 3-Mar 2008.

    Planet declination information:
    Mars has been out of bounds since October 4, 2007 and will not return until midday April 25, 2008.
    Mars reaches its highest point in declination on January 3, 2008, at +26^58' north, through Jan 10, 2008.

  • Moon/Sun Midpoint Sign Changes
    Try looking at your surrounding circumstances through the view of the Moon and Sun midpoint. This is the point where you meet others halfway or the point of collaboration. It is a marriage point of sorts- or a merging or compromise point. It may help to learn what energy promotes this agreement point between family members, other people or companies. If a planet is adversely situated by a square or an opposition to the midpoint then this indicates difficulty coming to agreements or obstacles in the path.

    These midpoints do not follow an obvious pattern, but there is a pattern. The point will move along in zodiacal order for a while and then pops over to the opposite side of the zodiac after the Moon and Sun oppose at a Full Moon.

    When the Moon/Sun midpoint travels through Fire Signs (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius) people are more adventurous, romantic and open and direct with one another with creative ideas. This Yang or Masculine element embodies the most enthusiasm allowing people to engage in more outgoing activities. This is a dynamic element with an enchanting quality. Expect spontaneity along with the lack of reflection. This can be a to encourage other to let bygones be bygones and live life for today.

    When the Moon/Sun midpoint travels through water signs: Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, people's interactions are more private. Activities are conducted on an emotional level or emotional topics that affect the next step based on how things feel. All the water signs have secretive characteristics when dealing with others. Meetings tend to be private and operating with hidden agendas or with the person on the inside when the midpoint travels through water signs. Expect passive/aggressive behavior with Cancer. Invitations are considered an honor and are reserved for those considered as family. When the midpoint travels through Scorpio people join to sort through estates and important financial matters. Sexual agenda becomes more important and pregnancy is more likely. Insults lead to brooding. Psychological slights are easily passed without intention but reap havoc in relationships. This point traveling through Pisces increases sensitivity to others and compassion leads to generosity of spirit. However self pity can be an issue. Joined spiritual endeavors are more enriching.

    The Moon/Sun midpoint traveling through Air Signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius). People tend to be more socially available with intellectual exchanges when this point travels through air signs. People react to one another based on what they think and less how they feel. Information and gossip flows easily with the Gemini midpoint. You are more likely to travel in pairs or make a friend while traveling with the midpoint in Gemini. Couples are more open to agreements and compromise when the midpoint is in Libra. Legal matters flow more fairly. Gatherings with friends and meeting in groups can be noted with the midpoint in Aquarius.

    The Moon/Sun midpoint traveling through Earth Signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) People interact for practical matters when the Moon/Sun midpoint is in Taurus and Capricorn the goals are aimed at keeping traditions, making or solving money problems and forwarding business. Service and their tasks are the goal with Virgo midpoints. Interactions are less spontaneous and are methodical in earth signs.

    For ease of reading the details of each day, when available or appropriate, follow the daily summary.

    A Day Rating is not intended to describe the feeling of the day or how you will experience that day but offers clues about the end results to your activities if you chose to take a specific action during that Moon sign period.

    A Moon sign period begins when the Moon enters a new sign and remains in effect until it leaves that sign. A Difficult Day can bring unwanted complications for the end result of your objectives. By choosing a Good Day and before the void of course Moon period, you increase you chances for a smoother and more favorable outcome. The day is rated by the last aspect from the Moon to a planet before it leaves the sign. That last aspect begins the void of course Moon period. Your activities are considered to be under the umbrella of the Moon sign that changes every couple of days. Days with the same Moon sign often carry the same day rating for the couple days the Moon occupies that sign.

    There some very important exceptions:
  • When a planet changes signs, the day rating can change.
  • When a planet changes direction, the day rating can change.

  •
    These instances are referred to as a refranation, indicating that you are to expect someone to leave before you complete your objectives or the situation totally changes due to new and unseen developments or reversals.

You feel confident in many areas of your life, as you use your good judgment to make decisions that have the potential for long-term success. It is a time when you can tap into your own wisdom. Business dealings may prosper. The only drawback could be that you take this time for granted and let opportunities slip through your fingers. You may be inclined to put your energy into healthy food and good cooking. Virgo Moons actually hold a considerable amount of sexual intrigue especially when working with others. People become more detail-oriented and conscious of schedules. There may be a need to prioritize and set a daily routine in motion. This could be a good time to schedule health maintenance appointments. Due to Virgo's highly analytical energy is a great time for psychotherapy. Any type of bodywork and all forms of self help are positive uses for a Virgo Moon. This is the sign of the perfectionist, which comes in handy for tasks but disturbs the balance of interpersonal relationships. This is a very good time for planting or harvesting herbs, corn and grains. If you are a Virgo, matters tend to go your way.

    PLUTO ENTERING CAPRICORN (10th Sign) - Jan 25 2008
    It is important to note that Pluto takes about 248 years to make a complete cycle, spending 12 to 32 years in each sign. Therefore the interpretation of Pluto in its sign applies to a generation rather than the individual. For a more individual interpretation look at the house position. This is the generation of a change in world government. This generation will posses the ability to transform old structures into new and enduring ones.

    MOON GOES VOID OF COURSE AFTER SQUARE MARS (6th Sign to 3rd Sign) - Jan 26 2008

    MOON ENTERING LIBRA (7th Sign) - Jan 26 2008
    When the Moon is in Libra, people are more likely to cooperate or establish partnership to accomplish their goals. Activities such as hashing out agreements, tending to legal matters, and balancing the scales in all areas are Libra's territory. People are more open to social activity and are more likely to seek companionship. Matters of marriage, or the marriage of ideas, are brought to the surface. There can be indecisiveness which stands in the way of progress; however, the right decision is likely to follow. Watch for business mergers. The ultimate Libra goal is "peace". A time to plant beautiful flowers. If you are a Libra, matters tend to go your way.
