Don't miss out on the planetary aspects at the end of the Report to fill in the blanks on most days.
Many aspects, especially those involving slower-moving planets, can influence several days, especially when approaching their exact date. Many will last for days beyond if the planets are moving very slowly.

  • Saturday (September 29th)- Flows More
          Smoothly
    but is complicated by Pluto

  • There are three planet changes this week: the Sun enters zero Libra on Sunday at 5:51 a.m. and the Autumn Equinox begins; Mercury enters Scorpio on Thursday at 1:19 p.m., and a hot change for Mars as it enters Cancer on Friday at 7:54 p.m., which is the point of the global megaphone called the world axis point or simply cardinal axis. Matters are brought to a head and may be too late for the negotiation table with a hot Aries Full Moon on Wednesday at 3:44p.m. This Full Moon occurs at 3° Aries 20' which is a sensitive point very near a Lunar eclipse degree from 1996 and is a member of the Moon Family that began at a Solar Eclipse eighteen months ago. Look back to the fall of 1996 for clues to this Full Moon. The indications are to end relationships in order to solve problems (Charles and Diana divorced in '96). Others may find that marriage and mergers do the trick for them. There is a need to look at long-term consequences as Saturn in Virgo is involved with both the Sun and Moon in the Full Moon chart by a 30° aspect behind the Sun and a 150° aspect to the Aries Moon. I expect an accident-prone week with fiery events, so do be careful. Otherwise there are a few very good days beginning on Sunday at 5:51 a.m. through Monday morning at 8:03 a.m. I know it is hard to work on a day off, but take advantage of the positive boost from this period. Another good day begins Thursday at 1:19 p.m. until Friday at 9:58 a.m.
Thursday and Friday are the most haphazard. One reason is that the messy quincunx (150°) aspect between the Moon and Sun before and after the Full Moon will frame the surrounding events. The first is at 10:54a.m. Monday and the last is at 6:56 p.m. Friday. The Sun/Moon quincunx (150°) on Friday is more difficult as it occurs just an hour before Mars reaches zero Cancer adding pressure. On a positive note you may find at the last minute your money problems are solved for your current crisis.
    Have fun and take care!

    Transits: 2007 Good Days
The Good Days are once again hinged upon a decent aspect to Pluto in Sagittarius who acts as a hungry hound at the end of that sign, requiring you feed him and his litany of demands before tending to your own needs. Pluto's appetite for control and attention is like a bottomless pit. When other planets are very late in a sign then their symbolism has the last word as the transiting Moon forms its last aspect before leaving a sign. There are some exceptions when the Moon is in Libra and Aquarius it forms an aspect of opportunity, sextile to Pluto; while in Aries and Leo the Moon forms a harmonious trine to Pluto. Of course this applies when no other planet transits the final degrees of any sign or equal in declination with the Moon.

    Moon "Out of Bounds
Since the summer of 2001 the Moon has been traveling very high in the sky because its range in declination shots beyond the 23°27' line at the Tropic of Cancer in the northern sky and beyond the 23°27' Tropic of Capricorn in the southern sky. The Sun reaches its maximum north or south declination at these two boundaries at the summer solstice and winter solstice. When the Moon travels very high into these out of bounds zones it is not only higher in the sky but we seem to have stronger emotional reactions to events during these times. Here I will include the days of the month when the Moon travels out-of-bounds in declination. Times are rounded off to the nearest half hour.
Starting for the Month of July 2007, the Moon travels out-of bounds during these periods:
  • June 26 - 8:30 p.m., through July 1st at 10:00 p.m.
  • July 10 - 7:00 a.m. through July 14 - 8:30 p.m.
  • July 24 - 3:30 a.m. through July 29 -8:00 a.m.
  • Not again until August 6 - 11:00 a.m. until
        August 11th, 6:00 a.m.
  • August 20-25
  • September 2-7
  • September 16-22
  • September 30 - October 4
  • October 14-19
  • October 27-31

    MOON/SUN MIDPOINT CHANGES INFO

Try looking at your surrounding circumstances through the view of the Moon and Sun midpoint.  This is the point where you meet others halfway or the point of collaboration. It is a marriage point of sorts – or a merging or compromising point.  It may help to learn what energy promotes this agreement point between family members, other people or companies.  If a planet is adversely situated by square or opposition to the midpoint then this indicates difficulty situated by a square or an opposition to the midpoint then this indicates difficulty coming to agreements or obstacles in the path.

These midpoints do not follow an obvious pattern and will fall out of zodiacal order when the Moon crosses over the opposition point at a Full Moon.

People are more open and direct with one another with creative ideas when the midpoint travels through fire signs (Fire Signs - Aries, Leo and Sagittarius).

People are secretive with one another operating with hidden agendas when the midpoint travels through water signs (Water Signs- Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces).

People tend to be more social and intellectual when this point travels through air signs (Air Signs - Gemini, Libra and Aquarius).

People are more practical and methodical, and are able to function in a traditional, cooperative and goal oriented manner. Money and business is important especially with Taurus and Capricorn. Service and the task is the goal with Virgo midpoints. (Earth Signs -Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn).

    New Weekly Feature
For ease of reading the details of each day, when available or appropriate, follow the daily summary.

A Day Rating is not intended to describe the feeling of the day or how you will experience that day but offers clues about the end results to your activities if you chose to take a specific action during that Moon sign period.

A Moon sign period begins when the Moon enters a new sign and remains in effect until it leaves that sign. A Difficult Day can bring unwanted complications for the end result of your objectives. By choosing a Good Day and before the void of course Moon period, you increase you chances for a smoother and more favorable outcome. The day is rated by the last aspect from the Moon to a planet before it leaves the sign. That last aspect begins the void of course Moon period. Your activities are considered to be under the umbrella of the Moon sign that changes every couple of days. Days with the same Moon sign often carry the same day rating for the couple days the Moon occupies that sign.

    There some very important exceptions:
  • When a planet changes signs, the day rating can change.
  • When a planet changes direction, the day rating can change.

  •
These instances are referred to as a refranation, indicating that you are to expect someone to leave before you complete your objectives or the situation totally changes due to new and unseen developments or reversals.

Dear Weekly Report Readers: While some of you seemed to really enjoy the new color-coded table format for the Report, others did not. However, when we dropped the table format, alas, others protested! So we are still experimenting and for this week have decided to combine the two flavors, in both a simplified, narrative form, as well as the spreadsheet form. Please let us know what you think.

       Aspects for the Week

MOON GOES VOID OF COURSE AFTER TRINE SUN (10th Sign to 6th Sign)
    Sep 22 2007

    MOON ENTERS AQUARIUS (11th Sign) - Sep 22 2007
Aquarius is an outgoing air sign ruling friendship and groups that join to exchange ideas and share like-minded ideas. With an Aquarius Moon the unusual, brand-new, and bizarre are the order of the day. This is usually a more social time with the unexpected as the norm. Aquarius rules anything very strange or alien in nature. Emotions are more erratic with unpredictable expressions. When independence streak is triggered some people express themselves with alienating behaviors becomes obvious. This is also true with nations, and companies, etc. There is a sense or expectation of change, and for some it may feel like impending doom. For others a strong surge of hope is evident. Aquarius is a fixed sign, indicating that things may not really change but evolve to the level of social consciousness. This may be a good time for revelations and awakenings. Aquarius rules mirrors or tape recorders, where reflection and repetitiveness are modes of behavior. Incessant talkers are reported, debating any passing point. This is the sign of invention and modernization. If you are an Aquarius, matters tend to go your way. Doctor appointments on days with Aquarius Moons can lead to treatments with the most modern techniques and equipment. In the garden it's a good time to eliminate bugs and weeds.

You may feel compelled toward activities that support what feels like a mission or become a vehicle for divine intervention. This moon period can hold both gentle and forceful energy. Neptune the god of the sea, rules Pisces can be divinely spiritual or filled with upheaval when enraged. Hurricanes after all are born at sea. Tidal waves, tsunami and monsoons are all ruled by Neptune as are any major rain or snow storm. This can be a sensitive and romantic couple of days. There may be a presence of strong feelings of faith combined with a need to make a spiritual connection. It is normally a sympathetic and empathetic period; people can be overly sensitive and feel victimized. At times when feeling overly frustrated and misunderstood, striking out at others turns the victim into the victimizer as with the wounded puppy syndrome. There may be a strong focus on cosmetic and superficial appearances. Some may experience a Pisces Moon as a "black cloud" or fear that something unfortunate will occur as with 'Murphy's Law". There is a strong spiritual hunger during this time. Emotions range from melancholy to sentimental. This is a very good time for meditation, yoga and prayer and connecting to the universal divine protector. On a mundane level, there may be all sorts of sneaky behavior behind the scenes and misrepresentations. You may become aware of secrets. Clandestine affairs love a Pisces Moon. Elect to work behind the scenes for tasks requiring solitude. Intuition runs high; so trust your gut feelings. Music can be used as a tool to alter moods. Practice meditation, yoga and prayer. Create something poetic and be open to receive inspiration. Help someone -- service and sacrifice is Pisces' middle name and it helps with any tendency toward self pity. Be aware of the lack of boundaries. The weather may be wet or misty. This is a fertile time and productive time in the garden. Planting and cultivating. If a Moon phases occurs while the Moon is in Pisces, people take action on the secrets revealed. The rule of thumb with a Pisces Moon is that you will land in a different place than you expected if you choose this time to initiate your objectives. If you are a Pisces, matters generally tend to go your way.

MOON GOES VOID OF COURSE AFTER SEXTILE MARS (1st Sign to 3rd Sign) - Sep 28 2007

    MOON ENTERS TAURUS (2nd Sign) - Sep 28 2007
The Moon in Taurus is in its exaltation which normally indicates that there is a graciousness and honor of some sort. When the Moon is in Taurus, there tends to be a focus on finances, and often money comes through on these days. This is the Moon of tradition, concerned with matters of the family and gatherings. It is usually “food first” for Taurus Moons. Bonding is more apparent with loved ones. There is a need to get more grounded and find some peace and quiet. You may be carting about people or supplies. (Before automated vehicles, the bull pulled carts of supplies and people.) Taurus Moons can be lazier and more indulgent than usual. This can be a slow-moving couple of days with no rushing and lower blood pressure. The bull is more sensitive than they appear being also stubborn and not easily pulled off track. If there is a sense of being pressured this could incite rage especially if plans change without consulting the bull and then securing his/her approval. Don’t push, suggest. Find a way to make your pitch, sale or emotional plea politically palatable, practical and profitable to please and capture your benefactors’ attention. Remain sensitive and patient while watching the object of your attention become interested in your product. Making a pitch or sale with the Moon in Taurus can be tedious but you are often speaking to someone who has the means to fund your project or buy your products. If your can remember they don’t want to be pushed, they want to be seduced you will have much better luck. If you seem to be interested only in money you will loose their respect. When the Moon is in Taurus people like to buy things that are sensual to the touch. Fabrics need to be comfortable and relaxed but of high quality. Flannels, cottons and very soft wools are sought. Lots of food items, cooking and indoor/outdoor gardening are high on the activity list. This is a time to be nurtured and be nurturing. If the Taurus Moon occurs on an otherwise good day your powers of manipulation work strongly in your favor. Your ability to move to the head of the line or the top of the list if you step up and ask. Apply for a loan or mortgage. Excellent for planting flowers and beautiful bushes. If you are a Taurus, matters tend to go your way.

Brief description: Communications are unusual and spontaneous, sometimes shocking. Disruptions in travel or with equipment is likely. A surprise communication that requires a demand for the truth. Something slips past the sensors. A repeated blunder fouls the player carrying the ball. The mind works overtime. It's the details that need to be resolved before settling into the project. Twisted thinking. Mental tension. Radical views challenged. Interrupted motion and communications. Sudden change of mind. Computer viruses. Difficulty staying on tract. Brilliant brainstorming. Sudden exposure of the truth.
For personal use: Record your brilliant ideas for prosperity. Be sensitive to accidental insults when speaking with friends or while in friendly conversation.
For business use: Listen for a hot tip. Friends will be very important in the scheme of things.
