A Day Rating is not intended to describe the feeling of the day or how you will experience that day but offers clues about the end results to your activities if you chose to take a specific action during that Moon sign period.

A Moon sign period begins when the Moon enters a new sign and remains in effect until it leaves that sign. A Difficult Day can bring unwanted complications for the end result of your objectives. By choosing a Good Day and before the void of course Moon period, you increase you chances for a smoother and more favorable outcome. The day is rated by the last aspect from the Moon to a planet before it leaves the sign. That last aspect begins the void of course Moon period. Your activities are considered to be under the umbrella of the Moon sign that changes every couple of days. Days with the same Moon sign often carry the same day rating for the couple days the Moon occupies that sign.

There some very important exceptions:

When a planet changes signs, the day rating can change.

When a planet changes direction, the day rating can change.

These instances are referred to as a refranation, indicating that you are to expect someone to leave before you complete your objectives or the situation totally changes due to new and unseen developments or reversals.

Brief description: A money day. Internal power struggles. The may be problems with those in power that you can not reach. Problems arise after announcements regarding plans for interim governments in unstable countries. Key figures in opposing forces surrender. Powerlessness over issues you can not change. Someone in a position of power may be abruptly confronted by a group. Deep stress and unrest can be the vital component for organizing reform. Financial reports motivate creative financing and methods of attracting new earnings. A sense of spinning in circles. Abandonment and trust issues. Strong sexual attraction that may involve consequences. There may be a need to deal with household pests such as mice and ants, etc.

Brief description: Mercury is flying through Leo as quickly as it did Cancer. Mistakes can be made if you gloss over your material over the next couple of weeks. Much on the run and rushing about as there will be little time to savor a thought. Mercury is focused on executive decisions, romance, creative ideas and play. It becomes important to know what children are thinking. The inclination is to take risks or gamble.
For personal use: Lay out a plan to accomplish your errands to be the most efficient. Plan a fun trip with lots of children around. Collect ideas for creative projects. Team up with others with your ideas.
For business use: Reports of the company's new babies. Ideas for high tech applications and vacation sales. Go to a show or business conference. Network.

MOON ENTERS TAURUS - Aug 4 2007
The Moon in Taurus is in its exaltation which normally indicates that there is a graciousness and honor of some sort. When the Moon is in Taurus, there tends to be a focus on finances, and often money comes through on these days. This is the Moon of tradition, concerned with matters of the family and gatherings. It is usually “food first” for Taurus Moons. Bonding is more apparent with loved ones. There is a need to get more grounded and find some peace and quiet. You may be carting about people or supplies. (Before automated vehicles, the bull pulled carts of supplies and people.) Taurus Moons can be lazier and more indulgent than usual. This can be a slow-moving couple of days with no rushing and lower blood pressure. The bull is more sensitive than they appear being also stubborn and not easily pulled off track. If there is a sense of being pressured this could incite rage especially if plans change without consulting the bull and then securing his/her approval. Don’t push, suggest. Find a way to make your pitch, sale or emotional plea politically palatable, practical and profitable to please and capture your benefactors’ attention. Remain sensitive and patient while watching the object of your attention become interested in your product. Making a pitch or sale with the Moon in Taurus can be tedious but you are often speaking to someone who has the means to fund your project or buy your products. If your can remember they don’t want to be pushed, they want to be seduced you will have much better luck. If you seem to be interested only in money you will loose their respect. When the Moon is in Taurus people like to buy things that are sensual to the touch. Fabrics need to be comfortable and relaxed but of high quality. Flannels, cottons and very soft wools are sought. Lots of food items, cooking and indoor/outdoor gardening are high on the activity list. This is a time to be nurtured and be nurturing. If the Taurus Moon occurs on an otherwise good day, your powers of manipulation work strongly in your favor. You can move to the head of the line or the top of the list if you step up and ask. SATURN TRINE PLUTO - Exact Aug 6 2007
Brief Description: this is a creative aspect between two heavy planets with the potential to transform our infrastructure. On a more personal note attention is paid to a well functioning physical body. Also your personal infrastructure becomes a topic as it becomes clear to let go of those things that may have been too difficult to accomplish and set a more realistic goals. Perhaps renovating an existing thing is better suited to the resources available now. The resources previously offered designed for the masses are pared down for more appropriate applicants.
The last time Saturn and Pluto were trine was April of 1996 through February of 1997. August 6, 2007 is the only trine aspect between this pair until the year 2031. This particular trine supports technological advances with the Mars/Uranus midpoint in Aries creating a grand trine with Saturn and Leo and Pluto and Sagittarius. Old technology is outdated and hinders progress. This allows for sudden scientific advances. Old structures shakeout they are worn out parts. Creativity and the arts blend well with new technology.

It is a good time to gather information although you need to check your sources for errors and material based on hearsay as talk is abundant but not all always reliable. Topics regarding siblings can be an issue or their may be visits between them. Children are more vocal. It is time to write note and the desire for writing your thoughts down is strong. It is a good time to connect by making calls, answering letters and the like to catch up with communication needs. People may lack sensitivity and just say what ever is on their minds when the Moon is in Gemini. As long as you keep things light and lively everyone should have a good time. Brief Description: ideas are running rampant and stories are traveling quickly with Mars in Gemini. Mars can have a nasty tongue in this sign and is prone to harmful gossip. Mars avoids answering questions directly with quick thinking and switching tracks as a tactic. It might be harder to filter out the background noise as volumes distract your focus. The biggest problem with Mars in Gemini is the tendency for scattered and split attention. The positive side is quick multitasking. Matters of cash as related to security, real estate and patriotism are Cancer matters. Issues involving dependency or defensiveness are likely to arise with the Moon here. What people need to survive also takes precedence. Headlines are more dramatic than usual. This is a great Moon for planting vegetables and the most fertile sign of the zodiac. SUN QUINCUNX URANUS - Exact Aug 10 2007
Brief description: Watch out this is accident prone. Erratic shifts in focus become major sources for distraction and upset. This haphazard aspect can accompany surprising and upsetting events but can also bring ingenious and positive results to health and work issues. New technology cuts through problems that were tough to solve before. Rebellion. Liberation. Exposure of a truth. Sudden, erratic changes involving administrative objectives and the radical awareness or actions of workers or otherwise citizens. Shocking reactions to aggressive tactics gain response from those that have more recently remained silent. People working diligently behind the scenes to incite change. Accident prone. Electrical hazards. Innovation and inventions are developed. Health hazards for those with high blood pressure or extreme stress. Modern technology used in medical procedures.
For personal use: Practice patience but remain alert. Use caution when dealing with fast moving objects, traffic and tempers.

Saturday- Tricky then Good after 1:14 pm until 4:56 pm; Good again after 7:15 pm Sunday- Some Rough Spots but all Ends Well Monday- Fair Tuesday- Very Tricky Wednesday- Tricky then Very Good after 9:07 pm Thursday- Good Friday- Good; Expect some surprises	Last week the three 150° planetary aspects (Mercury quincunx Neptune and Pluto, then Mars quincunx Pluto) piled an overload on the already weakened condition of the Minneapolis bridge. I refer to the quincunx (150°) aspect as "life's messy clean it up". The bridge collapse was a most tragic and unfortunate expression of these aspects that demand attention and force change via upsets. The Aquarius Full Moon brought the presence of this ignored problem throughout the country to the surface. From my observation the repairs to the infrastructure in our environment is ruled by Saturn and Pluto. Each time they form a major aspect there is a noticeable amount of work on roads, pipes, sewers and bridges. Saturn rules our structure and Pluto rules the broad dimension of change and rules masses of people. This is not that different from changes for an individual as the effects can be profound. If this aspect forms an exact aspect to the planets or primary points in your chart you may feel like your bridge is collapsing too. Bridges are the great physical connectors. Last week Mars ignited the trine between Saturn and Pluto by forming a square to Saturn and forcing Pluto with a quincunx. This apparently was more than a weakened bridge could bear. The other interesting point about the bridge collapse was the presence of the Moon and Sun quincunx on the same day. The Full Moon a few days before this was a clue that the quincunx between the Moon and the Sun was on the way and would press the agenda of the Full Moon. This coming week Jupiter will turn direct at 9° Sagittarius after being retrograde since April 5, 2007. Jupiter can bring benefits, expansion and perspective or it can multiply the effects of surrounding aspects for about a week before or after it actually changes direction. In this case on Monday, August 6 Saturn and Pluto are perfectly trine on the same day that Jupiter turns direct. We can see this aspect has already been activated. As a result of the bridge collapse, Congress is now being faced with the need to come up with better plans and a bigger investment to keep this country running. We could take a clue from the broken bridge and apply it to our lives and perhaps notice our strengths and weaknesses in the bridges of our lives. How might we learn to take the time for mending before a collapse of valuable connections in our lives happens? Jupiter adds that broader view to areas of our lives that would benefit from a higher understanding of relevant matters. Saturn and Pluto work very hard together to mend and repair what is broken and old. This weekend the Last Quarter Moon is in Taurus, the sign of money and tradition. Venus is the ruler of Taurus now retrograde in Virgo and due to return to Leo on Wednesday night. Virgo is the sign that corresponds to the quincunx aspect. Venus is not very pretty in that sign and with the Last Quarter Moon in Taurus it seems to be a signal for even more financial adjustment. On Tuesday Mars leaves the sign of Taurus for a more scattered trek through the sign of Gemini through September 28, 2007. During this time we may feel torn in two or more directions trying to keep up or tie many loose ends together. It's interesting that Venus turned retrograde in Virgo, a sign that does not enhance her finer nature and now her counterpart Mars is transiting a sign that compromises his strength. Transits: 2007 Good Days There are a few good days this week as all are not hinged upon a decent aspect to Pluto in Sagittarius this week. Pluto's appetite for control and attention is like a bottomless pit. When other planets are very late in a sign then their symbolism has the last word as the Moon forms its last aspect before leaving a sign and this week Venus, Mars and Neptune get the last word. Soon Saturn becomes the latest planet for about two months from August 11- September 2nd. Of course not every void of course Moon is begun with an aspect to Saturn but there will be many. Saturn rules the head or father figure and demands you pay your debts before moving on to new things. Moon "Out of Bounds Since the summer of 2001 the Moon has been traveling very high in the sky because its range in declination shots beyond the 23°27' line at the Tropic of Cancer in the northern sky and beyond the 23°27' Tropic of Capricorn in the southern sky. The Sun reaches its maximum north or south declination at these two boundaries at the summer solstice and winter solstice. When the Moon travels very high into these out of bounds zones it is not only higher in the sky but we seem to have stronger emotional reactions to events during these times. Here I will include the days of the month when the Moon travels out-of-bounds in declination. Times are rounded off to the nearest half hour. For the Month of July 2007 the Moon travels out-of bounds: June 26 - 8:30 p.m., through July 1st at 10:00 p.m. July 10 - 7:00 a.m. through July 14 - 8:30 p.m. July 24 - 3:30 a.m. through July 29 -8:00 a.m. Not again until August 6 - 11:00 a.m. until August 11th, 6:00 a.m. Take a break from the chaos and visit Peace Village. ^top
