  • The recent transformation pressed on by the Pluto retrograde station is behind us (March 25) as we are faced with accountability issues brought on by Saturn that turns direct after a long winter's retrograde since November 22, 2005. Last Wednesday's First Quarter Moon (April 5) was the host to Saturn's direct station which interestingly is a nine-month mark and Lunar Gestation Cycle of the New Moon that occurred on George W's birthday - a landmark year for anyone. For him, he has been suffering accountability issues. That First Quarter Moon dumped many partnership issues for the president. His wife cooperated with the planets by releasing a book and Mr. Libby cooperated by revealing that his boss, Mr. Cheney, okayed the Valerie Wilson lead from the president to leak information. I suspected that someone else would announce they are jumping ship or otherwise putting Mr. Bush on notice. Well, all this is old news now as we are dealing with Mars and Pluto in a power struggle. In times like these when the spotlight shines in dark corners, the top dogs tend to bite elsewhere in effort to get out of the spotlight. Power struggles are among the most annoying characteristics of the Mars and Pluto opposition. The good news is this aspect occurs only once in two years. The tough news is that while Pluto sits at a highly visible point called the Galactic Center, the whole world is aware of the struggles. This aspect is also accident-prone, leaving lots of damage. On the positive side it can accomplish plenty with incredible supplies of stamina. Another striking (pun intended) event is the Libra Full Moon on Thursday. It's a headliner because it is related to the Solar Eclipse from October 14, 2004. Matters come to a head to clear the air or the decks.

The Libra Full Moon brings clarity to relationships and legal matters and in this instance there are indicators that an important man quits, leaves the scene or changes his position. The masculine planet Mars changing signs from Gemini to Cancer on the day of the Full Moon adds to this symbolism. This does not eliminate news about changes involving a female in a key position. Another signal of importance is that when it does cross over to the next sign it activates the world axis-a point at 0° of any cardinal sign. Cardinal signs are those that begin the seasons: Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. The sign of Cancer initiates protection of the insiders, the clan or country with pressure around boundary issues. The 13th appears to be extremely eventful.

  • Moon Signs & Daily Summaries
A Day Rating may not describe the feeling or your experience of that day but give details about the end result of your actions taken under that Moon sign period. A Moon sign period begins when the Moon enters a new sign and remains in effect until it leaves that sign. A Difficult Day can bring unwanted complications for the end result of your objectives. By choosing a Good Day and before the void of course Moon period, you increase you chances for a smoother and more favorable outcome. The day is rated by the last aspect from the Moon to a planet before it leaves the sign. That last aspect begins the void of course Moon period. Your activities are considered to be under the umbrella of the Moon sign that changes every couple of days. Days with the same Moon sign often carry the same day rating for the couple days the Moon occupies that sign.

    There some very important exceptions:
  • When a planet changes signs, the day rating can change.
  • When a planet changes direction, the day rating can change.

  •
These instances are referred to as a refranation, indicating that you are to expect someone to leave before you complete your objectives or the situation totally changes due to new and unseen developments or reversals.

    General Notes On Leo MoonsLeo
A Good Day rating. The Moon is in Leo and will make its last aspect contra parallel Neptune tonight at 8:25 p.m. This can bring support from an unassuming avenues. You may find this day filled with power struggles brought on by Mars and Pluto in a once in two years opposition. The aspect exact at 4:22 a.m. should be winding down by midday, however damage control could occupy the rest of your agenda. Surprises mount and the truth is the mission of the Sun contra parallel Uranus at 7:19 p.m. This slower-moving aspect will impact tomorrow as well. Its innovative tendencies seek new ways, quickly, to solve problems. Jupiter and his mythological daughter, Pallas, team up to exchange valuable information that will bring matters to a higher understanding. Pallas holds knowledge of strategies and counseling assistance. Jupiter is concerned with broadening perspective and allowing everyone to share beliefs, philosophy and other important information regarding cultural change. The Moon is void of course at 8:25 p.m.

    General Notes On Virgo MoonsVirgo
A Difficult Day. The Moon is in Leo and is void of course until 12:56 a.m. when it enters Virgo. The Virgo Moon is a difficult Moon because the last aspect is a square (90°) Mars Tuesday. Even though the aspect does not complete until Tuesday, it has an effect on the next couple of days. The Sun and Neptune are sextile, bridging a gap of things hidden. Wet weather accompanies Neptune aspects. Magical support arrives. Enjoyment of music, dance and theater is enhanced with this aspect. It is a good day to meet with your teacher; practice meditation, yoga. Tomorrow's Venus (150°) aspect to Saturn is in effect tonight.

    General Notes On Virgo MoonsVirgo
A Difficult Day. The Moon is in Virgo and it's a difficult day because the Moon will square Mars. Love hurts as a major adjustment occurs with Venus inconjunct (150°) Saturn. Money could be lost, friendship may suffer and permanent damage to a relationship may be the result of this aspect. Those brought together find it difficult to work peaceably but must cooperate to assist with surrounding pressures. I would not invest in anything. Just clean up the mess.

    General Notes On Libra MoonsLibra
The Moon is void of course in Virgo beginning at 10:56 a.m. until it enters Libra at 1:47 p.m.. The Libra Moon is also difficult because of Mars changing signs. This is called a refranation which creates tricky situations and indicates that a man leaves the scene before he fulfills his promises. If the important person leaving is a woman, she is the head of household or otherwise the top cat. Love is healed and harmony is restored to relationships with a trine between Venus and Juno at 5:32 a.m.

    General Notes On Libra MoonsLibra
The Moon in Libra is difficult and complicated with tomorrow's Full Moon pending. Many legal matters could arise. This is a highly active couple of days. The Sun is contra parallel Venus, indicating that help is available and money can be found on this day. Full Moons bring light to an area that has been dark in the past so you are more likely to find what you are looking for. Stick with it and put your wares out there so others may find you. The pressure that mounts at the Full Moon assists you to get things done.

    General Notes On Libra MoonsLibra
A Difficult Day. Libra Moon. There is a refranation today between the Moon and Mars. This means that all or part of your project is dropped for a better plan that goes public as Mars enters Cancer. The Moon in Libra is void of course at 6:41 p.m, but attempts a trine to Mars but never makes it. At 8:59 p.m. Mars leaves the sign (scene) with some very important information and nasty words and goes public with a new battle plan at home.

    General Notes On Scorpio MoonsScorpio
The Libra Moon is void of course until it enters Scorpio at 1:08 a.m. The Scorpio Moon is also complicated because of a refranation. Mercury will leave the sign of Pisces on Sunday morning at 8:2 a.m. and enters Aries. This is another indicator of something lost, reversed or dropped.
